In‑process inspection – semi‑finished products are randomly checked on the production line; defective items are sorted and reworked; equipment is calibrated daily.
100% finished product inspection – all products are manually checked for size, workmanship, and durability; AQL sampling is applied; third‑party inspection is supported.
Pre‑shipment re‑inspection – style and quantity are verified, packaging is reinforced and moisture‑proofed, and random checks are conducted before container loading.
After‑sales traceability – batch records are maintained; quality issues are responded to within 24 hours and corrective actions are implemented.

After deposit and sample confirmation, regular orders are typically shipped within 20–25 days, subject to order quantity.
